Analysis of Influenze A Virus Neuraminidase
The H7N9 subtype influenza A virus jumped from bird to human is causing health
problem in several areas in China. Neuraminidase is a key protein for virus
infection. We take this as an example to make analysis using several
bioinformatics tools.
